It's 3:58PM. You Already Know What Happens Next.

Last Round is the guide for midlife men and women who keep losing the same argument with a glass of wine or a cold lager. Written for the ADHD brain, built for anyone with a 4PM problem. No AA. No labels. No B.S.

You're not falling apart. The job gets done. The family is fine. From the outside, you look like the last person who needs help. But every evening between 4 and 6PM, the same pull arrives. The same negotiation. The same "just one tonight" that never stays at one. That's not weakness. That's The 4PM Loop. And here's the thing. You don't need an ADHD diagnosis to be stuck in it. If your evenings run on autopilot, this book explains why, and shows you how to break it.

What's inside:

  • The 4PM Loop explained. Why the craving arrives at the same time every day, and how to win the space between the thought and the first sip
  • No diagnosis needed. The tools work on any brain running an evening drinking pattern. ADHD just makes The Loop louder
  • The Dopamine Gap. The real reason your brain chose alcohol, and what to give it instead
  • The 4PM Reset Method™. Disrupt, Rewire, Repeat. The simple system at the heart of everything I teach
  • First Drink vs Second Drink. The one distinction that changes how you see every evening
  • The Sunday Tax. What each evening is really costing you, in plain numbers
  • A full chapter for women. ADHD, perimenopause and wine. The collision nobody talks about
  • The Slip Protocol. Exactly what to do the morning after, so one bad Thursday never becomes a bad month
  • Word-for-word social scripts. What to say at the wedding, the work dinner and the pub
  • BONUS: The 4PM Reset Tracker. A print-at-home daily tracker that turns the book into a system

Who this is for:

Men and women, roughly 40 to 60, who drink most evenings, hide it well, and are tired of the 3AM wake-ups and the foggy Sundays.

  • Diagnosed ADHD. This book will finally connect your brain and your drinking.
  • Suspect you might have ADHD. You'll read it with a growing sense of recognition.
  • No ADHD at all, just a 4PM problem. Habit loops don't check for a diagnosis. Every tool in this book works on a brain that has simply learned to reach for a drink at the same time every day.

Who this is NOT for:

This is not a medical programme. If you believe you may be physically dependent on alcohol, please speak to a doctor before changing your drinking.

If you've ever said "I'll sort it one day," this book was written for you.

£17. Less than a week of wine. It could give you back every Sunday for the rest of your life.

Guarantee:
Read it. Build The Jar. Run the method for 14 days. If it doesn't change how you see your evenings, email us for a full refund. Keep the tracker.

About the author:

Matt Wing is a midlife ADHD and sobriety coach. He was diagnosed late, stopped drinking two and a half years ago, and built Midlife Mentor to teach the system he wishes someone had handed him at 4PM on a Tuesday. Everything in this book was lived before it was written.
