I'm Matt Wing
A Midlife Mentor and Sobriety Guide who’s lived both sides of this journey.
For over 30 years, I was stuck in a cycle that looked “normal” from the outside but felt exhausting inside. Drinking to switch off. Running on stress. Waking up tired. Carrying extra weight. Constant mental noise. Always promising myself I’d sort it out… someday.
At 52, I finally made the change.
I stopped drinking. I rebuilt my health from the ground up.
Strength training became non-negotiable. Nutrition got structured. Sleep improved.
Slowly, life went from surviving to actually living again.
Now at 54, two years sober and stronger than I’ve ever been, my mission is simple:Â
To help people 50+ take their power back from alcohol, burnout, poor health, and the habits that quietly steal their future.
